Fenton Place Condo Charlotte, NC

Architect & Interior Designer: Drew Button Architecture

Contractor: Philip Thomas Builder

This Owner had a burst pipe flood that affected much of the top floor of their unit. Given the opportunity, we chose to reimagine the space, in lieu of rebuilding exactly as it was before the flood.

Primary scope areas include:

  • Partial Kitchen renovation and new Scullery creation

  • Stair character transformation

  • Living Room and Owner’s Bedroom makeovers

  • Shared Closet and shared Bathroom reorganization into His Bath & Closet and Her Bath & Closet

North Church St. Condo Charlotte, NC

Architect: The Pursley Dixon Studio, Drew Button- Project Architect

Contractor: Coral Construction

This two-unit condo had plenty of space, but did not feel spacious.

Primary scope area include:

  • Reconfigure disconnected Kitchen and Living into single, light filled Kitchen, Living, and Dining space

  • Conceal new Scullery

  • Redesign Powder Room and support spaces

The Poplar Condo Charlotte, NC (Unbuilt)

The design challenge was to make the most of a small space and recast the condo’s style with clean lines and early Modern materials.

Primary scope area included:

  • Open up the Living Room and Dining spaces

  • Incorporate much more storage throughout the Entry Hall, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, and Library.
