This Owner had a burst pipe flood that affected much of the top floor of their unit. Given the opportunity, they chose to reimagine the space, in lieu of rebuilding exactly as it was before the flood.
Primary scope areas included:
Partial Kitchen renovation and new Scullery creation
Stair character transformation
Living Room and Owner’s Bedroom makeovers
Shared Closet and shared Bathroom reorganization into His Bath & Closet and Her Bath & Closet

This two-unit condo needed had plenty of space, but did not feel spacious.
Primary scope area included:
Reconfigure disconnected Kitchen and Living into single, light filled Kitchen, Living, and Dining space
Conceal new Scullery
Redesign Powder Room and support spaces
The Poplar Condo, Charlotte, NC (Unbuilt)

The design challenge was to make the most of a small space and recast the condo’s style.
Primary scope area included:
Open up the Living Room and Dining spaces
Incorporate much more storage with clean lines throughout the Entry Hall, Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, and Library.
